Our Story
Developed by a fellow agent & working mom who's been where you are.
I started in real estate as a marketing and transaction coordinator. By 23, I was a licensed partner on a real estate team. In my first year as an agent, I helped double online leads and supported nearly 40 closings - running marketing and operations while building my own pipeline.
On paper, it looked like success. In reality, I was stretched thin with a baby on my hip, jumping between CRMs, email tools, spreadsheets, and showings. Spoiler alert: I burnt out trying to keep it all together.
That’s why I’m building Her Market Lab: to give women in real estate a one‑stop shop that combines marketing, systems, and community.
